Volha Litvinets AIEI Research Fellow
Volha Litvinets is a research fellow for Carnegie Council's Artificial Intelligence and Equality Initiative.
She is also a Ph.D. candidate at Sorbonne University (Paris, France), where she works on artificial intelligence ethics in the digital marketing field. Prior to beginning her PhD, Litvinets completed two Master's degrees in philosophy and in political philosophy and ethics.
Litvinets has deep experience of working in the IT industry, with a solid understanding of search engine optimization, social media marketing, and public relations. She also has experience in the public sector, having worked on the analysis of lethal autonomous weapons conventions as an intern at the Office for Disarmament of the United Nations.
